Being based in Aberdeen you would think that i would have quite a portfolio in the area. In reality, family life takes precedence, most weekends we tend to travel out of the city. When i do have the odd free hour i do try to get around and take some local shots. There are some beautiful areas around the city, including some of the places i have captured in the gallery. The fishing village of Footdee (Fittie, as its know locally) is a favourite of mine. Miles of golden beaches, which extend north of the city perfect for picturesque seascapes. Not to mention the large array of fantastic buildings new and old laced around the city.
